Enable "Ultra High" Graphic Setting in Valve Games

If you're a graphics junkie and the graphics quality in the newest games from Valve just isn't doing it for you ... try this console command to toggle the "Ultra High" graphics setting in games like Half-Life 2, Counter-Strike: Source, Team Fortress 2, and Portal.

Hit the 'tilde' key (~) to bring up the console, and enter in the command 'mat_picmip -3' to boost the graphics quality up to "Ultra High" quality. If you think your computer's hardware can handle the load, you can decrease the value further. If your computer slows to a crawl, or even comes to a jarring halt, change the value back to a higher number.
